So, I posted about 3 weeks ago about issues with my irons, got them back today, 5i needed replaced, there was the case of several loose ferrules too, got irons back in box, and made the mistak of not checking them in store but was informed tm had fixed them and all good.
Got to range, long story short 8 and 9 iron still not fixed, so yep, I'm canny annoyed, emailed ag manager and he said to pop them back and they will send them off again, I live 35 miles away, and it's not really handy to head back up again, I realise I'm being picky but I would have though whoever quality checked them would have realised they weren't done right and sorted before returning to me. AG have said I can use a set if there 2nd hand clubs again, but another 3 weeks mid season without my own is a pain.
I don't think there is much else I can do though, so I'll probs have to venture back, sorry about the vent.
