I had no trouble at all that was what i used it for. i don't think the flight is any different to the 15 deg one im using now. The newer version just has a smaller head, which i like.

Yes, the 13.5 put me off because I'm trying to create nice gaps through my bag, nothing to do with it being any harder to hit or not.

I found it no more difficult than any other 3 wood, and that was with the deep version.
