Do balls make a difference? Well I can assure everyone that these do! Never mind buying the latest driver to add 10+ yards, just buy a pack of these and you will get your extra yardage. Damn pain in the bum though as you watch in disbelief as your ball continually flies through greens. The first time you think it's a fluke, but it's not. Yesterday afternoon with the course at my mercy I wandered about with one of these hittting wedges into greens where before it was nine irons.

Nice balls mate :)

But having said that, any ball will travel further if it is 24 degrees C, compared to 13 degrees with a wind.

You may also have had an extra weetabix for brekky or just been hitting better than normal
I'd use them for a few more rounds in mixed conditions before proclaiming them as the cure for all ills, but they are definitely a top ball

Found a chrome soft last week that I played with and found that it was going a little further than normal but put it down to decent weather and dry fairways.

I can verify that the SuperSoft balls go long, too long for me. It feels like hitting the ball with a tennis racket, it just jumps. Nice around the greens as well.

Personally I settled on the Chrome Soft, a bit more check and in summer that is more important than the distance for me anyway, but in winter would happily use these. I have recommended them to a few friends of mine and they use and love them.

Callaway are kicking butt in the ball department

I like the Supersoft off the driver but not the putter I find them to bouncy so I over hit them. Some folk eh.

I found them great with surprising distance in the winter but like hitting Mushy peas and poor distance in the summer.

Also very lively off the putter face.

Used these at Castle Stuart last week, great ball of the tee, but not the best on the putting green, that's my excuse anyway 😂
£15 for 12 as well 😎

I tried these, but they were short off the driver, and offered no benefit to the scoring irons. However I handed them to my Dad and he likes them. I stepped up to the chrome soft and they are good but they don't last a round without getting the chew up marks.
Currently working through 30 vice pro ... 29 left now.
