You have to be booked in by a Callaway retailer now - I know you used to be able to book a slot via their website

Not Callaway, but for the Titliest centre, I phoned up my local American Golf (had loads of vouchers to use) and they booked me in.
Give the retailers a call and ask them...
Played with a PP over Easter who went to Chessington earlier in 2016 and they were disappointed with the service and the range of shafts (and the flex in each). I've been a couple of times and never had any issues

Homer - I'm with you. I've been twice, both times booked by my club pro. Had a great session and both times bought clubs.
1st time was for irons, 2nd visit was for fairway woods. Excellent service, plenty of shaft options offered I would not hesitate to recommend the place.
