The Sports HQ has these for £199 4-PW and I seem to recall they were highly rated when they were launched a few years ago.

My nephew is looking to change away from his Wilson Fat Shafts, handicap is 23, and I'm looking for anyone with any knowledge of these and if they would be good for him.

The only Callaways I have had any time with were the Big Berthas

Many thanks!

I have never hit them but in my opinion it's hard to find a better club than the old Wilson Fat Shaft for a 23 handicapper.

Hi Alex, thanks for the input. He bought them second hand (his 3rd set of 2nd handers) and hits them well I think. I suggested getting them re-gripped but he has his heart a set of new shineys

Yep, I know how that is all too well. I had a set and loved them but the call of the new shiny is strong!

I have these irons and really like them. The top edge is thick though . It is very easy to get the ball airborne with these clubs, It is harder to shape a shot but I don't have to worry about this as I am not at that sort of level yet.
