OK I promise this is the only time I'll mention it but I'm still like a kid at Christmas. I got shown into the famouse GM equipment cupboard today (where Jezz and the guys can easily lose an hour arguing about hte merits of the various clubs). Mike showed me the Callaway Diablo knowing I've been a cally fan in the past. I have to say the shape is very strange. It looks like there is a bit cut off the back

and it is very off putting behind the ball. That said the 3 wood also has a smaller cut off piece but is a much more handsome piece of kit and looks a very powerful beast. Anyone else had a chance to look at the Diablo and think it looks strange.

Only seen the pictures but it looks like its got a boil on it! Very strange. I assume this is the weighting to favour the draw?

Not keen on the underside but as long as it doesn't look too bad from the top I'm not worried.

The underside looks just as strange in real life, almost like McCoy crisp. I've no idea what the benefit is. The shape looked very off putting on the driver and yet wasn't as noticeable on the 3 wood.
