Callaway Big Bertha

Got this as a Christmas present.What useless piece of junk. Played it every day this week and feels terrible. Hitting at least 5 metres less on each shot and slicing like I've never done before. Will give it away to a good home. Going back to my Ping G15.

I have the Alpha and it goes very nicely. Suggest a look at the shaft flex and compare with your actual swing speed. Then once sorted, get on the range and try to put it over the back fence!

Never happened with the Ping G15. So I wonder.....let's see . Perhaps it's the atmospheric conditions or the low flying starlings......no hang on it's the wrong golf shoes...that's it!!!!

I changed my Ping G15 for a Big Bertha Alpha after Callaways Kings of Distance

I averaged on Trackman with the G15,248 yards and got an average of 278 yards with the Alpha!

not up-to-date or really care on new versions but saw a new BB Alpha today - apparently not out yet - it did look very nice but can't get excited as would prefer to be able to hit mine better! Age and grumpiness is catching up!

As it's Callaway there's generally a new version out every other month.
