CAD & golf

I am lucky as I have a job I actually like (CAD Technician) but imagine if I could combine it with my love of golf???

Oh joy!! BUT....opportunities for CAD Technicians within the golf industry are few and far between (I havent seen any!)

Anyone out there need my skills in the NW of England?

basically a computer designs a golf course, then Seve or Jack put their name to it...

surely you would be better off contacting one of these companies than advertising on here?

How do you know that they are few and far between if you haven't seen any???? If you haven't seen any, then you are looking in the wrong places (like this forum) or they don't exist.

Now. Come on. Either give us more details of your h/cap, where you play, etc, or the inevitable link that we will in the main ignore.

Have you looked within the games industry? They must always be looking for CAD people?

Pleas don’t turn into an A hole just looking for some advertising space and stick around.

guys there is no link, i am trying to get into golf design/maintainence but am struggling.

i have tried sports turf companies, the EGU etc but am finding it hard to get in touch with the correct companies

BTW handicap is 25, local courses are the Worsley Marriott, Swinton Park and Pennington Flash
