Theresa May should order Special Branch to put him on a plane to Jordan. Once it is in the air she should go to the Commons and report what she has done. She should say that she has broken the law and defied the ECHR but as Home Secretary her first loyalty is to the British public. As she has broken the law she will resign with immediate effect. Forget Boris. The next leader of the Conservative Party and probably Prime Minister, one Ms. Theresa May.

to me we seem to obey all the EC rules far too strictly , do the french, germans, and spanish... no they say okay those are the rules but we need to get on with it. So yes pop him on a plane and then say nothing until your found out and when someone does find out (probably the Daily Mail as they make the most double standard stink out there!) say okay let's debate whether we should have saved the country money by just popping him back to whence he came or going through the courts making all the lawyers rich and wealthy? In fact push it for a referendum ...
Frankly Ms May has been useless and Mrs T would have viewed this present bunch as wets ... Mrs T was proud of Tony Blair, which is a damning statement on the present Tory party. Personally I would made sure this fellow had a little accident, I mean lots of people get hit on railway lines when they don't pay attention to the barriers, or are drunk in tube stations .. you know something that would actually be against all of his religious ethics, maybe link him to Jimmy Saville.
I just think he is avoiding his punishment for the deeds he has done and you have to help stuff go around to get around on occasions. If he lived a life of peace and did not stir people up to go off and do horrific things then he would be fine .. no problem, but he crosses the line and bites the hand that has been held out to him.
