My ideal driver and by pure chance,played twice this week with a driver I bagged for £40 as mine was going out the revolving driver door,best two rounds I,ve had driving this year. Only need to work on the long game now as is shocking from anything over 160 yards!

I played with a 1 handicapper the other day and he said his biggest equipment regret was swapping his G15 driver a while back. Best driver he's ever had he reckoned.

I had one but just could not get on with it. Think it was the look that put me off after having a G10. Sold it to my mate and he loves it. Hardly ever misses a fairway, and driving is now the best part of his game.

same here, tried it after playing with a 3 h/capper who made it sing, I made it cough. Since then I've really taken to the Ping Rapture V2 though

I've switched from G15. Decent club, great feel but didn't suit me particularly well - just couldn't get it up in the air and everything went right. Mistake going for the 9 deg in the first place. Loving the 913 - wonderful being able to aim up the middle for a change! That reminds me, I must get an ad up for the G15.

I had that combo a while back and it certainly worked for me - after years of fiddling around trying different combos.

Serrano is low torque which seems to be my primary requirement (and why the SL290 might go soon).

I used a G2 Driver for years, it was a great club.
