From a couple of people that have played it recently. You'd be as well asking them to pay you on the worst Muni you've ever played. It is supposed to be in absolutely awful condition.

That doesnt sound good, im supposed to be playing it in August and im paying £40 to do so 
A guy from my club was there last week and it is a work site at the moment with drainage and bunker work going on and he said the greens were not exactly great either....but hey its a free round so it won't be that bad!
