Bunker Mentality clothing

Can't comment on the clothing however I ordered some bits and bobs before Christmas which ended up going AWOL due to Royal Mail losing track of things. Their customer services were excellent, they didn't waste ages 'looking into things' and got a DHL delivery out to me for the next day. Wouldn't have any issues ordering off them again.

I have the "Mark Crossfield" hat, it's very very good actually and I have my eye on the wind jacket at well under half it's usual price

Some of there stuff is a bit gaudy with the giant logos but I do like some of the plainer stuff

wouldn't touch it with swingers barge pole !!! it's all a bit 'golf punk' to me!!!

it's just not golf, years of tradition, wouldn't happen at my club, standing in the wrong place :blah:

I agree with you all, some nice stuff but some of the stuff is a bit too bold.

Still in two minds about the trousers, struggling to find a nice slim fit trouser that doesn't all bag up around the shoe area. Heard j lindeberg ones are nice but don't fancy paying that much!

Have a look at IJP trousers, great quality. Scottsdale/clubhouse/function18 have some S/S13 range at a well reduced price.

It is good quality stuff, the polos are all cotton though.

If you like the styling and the prices are good then a good choice.

I would echo the comment about the IJP gear above, fantastic quality and fit and the Tech Trousers and my favourites

I have bought several of their polo shirts over the years and they are good quality and last well.

Another recommendation for IJP, some really nice stuff, the Tech Trousers are unbelievably comfy! They've got a sale on at the moment as well....well worth a look and if you sign up to the newsletter, you get 15% off your first order.

Just a quick question to the original poster, did you order any of the trousers? I've just ordered some Sub 65's and I'm waiting for them to be delivered. Never had any of their stuff before but my friend has a wind jacket which I'm impressed with!

Mark Crossfield is a cool guy but do I want to look like him.... No. Sadly this brand just screams of his style.

Golfbase do an oakley slim fit trouser for £21 odd they are quite slim fit, too much for me but they definitely won't bag around the shoes

Have a look at Lyle and Scott stuff - trousers are quite slim fitting

Na I never got round to buying them in the end, totally forgot about it, and the fact they didn't do a 30 leg put me off a bit.

Going to drive to clubhouse golf in the next few weeks and try on a few pairs and see if I find any I like.

I joined their mailing list or "members" as they call it, in the summer. They bombard you with e-mails with offers, and
they always seem to have sales on, so I took the plunge and bought a jacket and hat yesterday.

It's definitely aimed at the younger golfer. I'm 20 and just look so old-fashioned with plain trousers, polo, and lambswool sweater. It may be tradition, but a bit of life and colour never did anything any harm.

In my opinion some of the bolder stuff they have just wouldn't suit anyone over 40. A 60 year-old just wouldn't beable to work it :D It is a bit "punkish", but I wouldn't say it's any bolder than LoudMouth or some of the IJP stuff. At the end of the day if you wear loud clothing, you should really back it up with a good performance so you don't embarrass yourself. Last summer there was a definite John Daly wannabe on my course, with luminous striped trousers and psychadelic shirt, and even the blonde mop hairstyle, which made me laugh.
