Buckingham palace meeting

Maybe she cant decipher last weekends comp scorecards as they are dam near illegible.... no, just me then

Media going a bit OTT with coverage, he wouldn't give a monkeys about platitudes from politicians himself and he called himself the worlds most experienced plaque unveiler. Good sense of humour mixed with a bit of cantankerousness, good bloke Phil and hopefully he'll get a few years proper retirement yet.

media just doing exactly what the Palace wanted them to do. Quiet news day as all TV and radio outlets in purdah regards talking politics today - and so the Palace knew it would be the perfect time to release this news and get the greatest possible coverage.

Is there a problem with that?

The alternative would be the post mortem of last nights French Presidential debate......yawn

So he has handed his notice in. Flippin eck Bezerk got more posts when he handed in his notice.
seems like phil will have more time for golfin.

Joking aside, with the medical probs he has had of late, it don't come as a surprise.
At least as a Royal he did a bit unlike some.

Slightly off topic why are some royals loved eg Harry, Bill, his Missis, Annie etc and others don't quite feel the love of Joe public.

Just reading Phillips one liners on the BBC site.

He is from another generation. Snigger.
