I finally got the BT engineer to come and fit my new BT TV box yesterday and now I'd like be able to watch it on 2 tvs.
Has anyone else done this and did you use the HDMI splitters?
Thanks in advance for any help

Bobby I don't know if this may help, but I have sky in main room and a telly in the kitchen. I have put a "magic eye"on the telly and with another sky remote I can control the sky box in the main room from the kitchen. You cannot watch differant programmes at the same time. If it works for Sky it may work for BT. It may be a way in which you can achieve what you want without the need for cables.

Thanks, but what I'm trying to do is have one feed out of the TV box into 2 different rooms
There's also a wireless system but thats around £150-£200

Bob, I ran HDMI cables from a central point using a 2-1 powered splitter one to my front room and one to my back room and it works fine.
Only problem is you can only watch the same Sky or BT channel in both rooms, but you can still watch terrestrial tv in one and say BT in the other , hope that makes sense
