Of course the biggest question is whether your phone automatically puts your clock forward by one hour or if you have to change it yourself. I've got no idea as I've got a new phone since last year so don't know if it will update itself or not.

The only way to resolve this panic is to cross check it against a wrist watch

I've only got two clocks to change, the kitchen and the car. Everything else does itself.

The only clock I can't change is my toddlers body clock...

He goes to bed when he wants, thankfully he loves brushing his teeth and bedtime so it's currently an easy time of day.

Very good point. My next question would be how to find "Settings : date and time" on my phone? I went on a training course last week and had to ask someone how to put my phone on silent. I'm not the most technologically gifted of men,

If it's a Samsung it's Settings, General and then down the list somewhere.
iPhone, no idea. ☺
