I was giving the attic a bit of a spring clean last night and found my old Mizuno bag (big bag but think it was a size smaller than staff, mid 90s iirc). It was looking pretty manky with what looked like damp marks so thought I'd have a go at cleaning this morning.
I gave it a good scrub and it's come up so well that think I'll use it for the summer.
Couple of before and after pics, camera doesn't quite show the engrained marking that still managed to come out.

I hadn't ever thought of the 1990s as being an "era". It just looks like a "new" bag to me.
I am enlightened.
Do you think your bag might be increasing in value over the next few years?
I'm a bit out of touch with anything post 1985. This is not just restricted to golf gear.

I think from the noughties on, materials and designs have evolved. As much as I hate to say it, the nineties are another era now. I still think of them as not that long ago but the calendar disagrees! :D
It made it out into the wild today and while it's not a cart bag, did the job well.
