Well it looks like the launch of the new PS4 will not be without its problems...

Lots of Early users of the PS4 have been disappointed to find there console broken, even a competition winner who recieved his PS4 before launch was upset to find it was broken :rofl:

There so called big launch game Kill zone received an IGN rating of 8 which isn't what they would of hoped for.

Oh well the PS fan boys have been banging on about how great the hardware is but it won't be any good if it doesn't work...

The official launch is tonight in the USA so I dread to think what the broken console % will be tomorrow.
 
I'll be avoiding both the next gen consoles like the plague until they have their problems ironed. Six months minimum.
 
I will give it about a year before I am tempted. I still have the original PS3 had it since they came out and it is still going strong, (That will be the kiss of death on it now:D)
 
Got my PS4 on pre order, already have COD sat here waiting, teasing me from the shelf...
0.04% is pretty low to be fair, some are obviously going to get dinged around a bit during shipping.
 
Tried the new ps4 yesterday in game store and the graphics are a lot better control pad is going to take a little getting used to as it's slightly bigger
 
I bought my first ps3 in Japan it did not have wifi and only a 20gb hard drive, it was £150 when in the uk the ps3 was at its max. I then bought a slim for £150 2 yrs ago.. I have seen the new graphics, I am not in. The ps3 is staying until the new one is cheap, this is disposable technology and will not be bought at a high price.
My ghosts disc was supposed to arrive but it hasn't ... :(
 
Next year when it comes down in price for me.
On another note, the missus is out tonight so I have a marathon COD (MW3) session planned if anyone would care to participate :thup:

Haven't got mine yet but next time. Are you part of a crew? Also give us a run down on the weapons and perk options, also how many squad points do you start with?

Just logged off as I was getting my @rse handed to me, double xp for a week it says btw.
Time for another bourbon and maybe crank up the PS3 again but I'm struggling to focus lol.
 
1M PS4 consoles sold in 24hrs in North America, Sonys best opening day for a console.

Not bad figures, I'm sure MS will announce better figures but they have a larger launch area too.
