Broke 80 for the first time

Please forgive my self indulgance but thought I would share this as I've never done it before. Went to the Forest of Dean for two days of golf and shot 82 on the Sunday and then 79 on the Monday (Par 69).
Nicely kept course and didn't get into any trouble bar a few bunkers that I mostly saved par on.

The best I've done on my new home course this year was 36 points off the whites twice on practice rounds - not scored over 28 points in a comp yet and best medal round was a 97 so it was a hell of a confidence booster

Just need to crack one good round on the home course now to feel really good.

Yes that was it. Payed £64 each for 2 rounds, 3 course evening meal and breakfast - will be going back for sure.
