British Masters Thursday free tickets

Bugger, I've not been to watch a Pro event yet but this date falls at the same time as when I'm playing at Swinley Forest :(

Final open qualifying at Woburn on 4th July?

I've got nothing booked that day, who would/could be playing?

Would like to go around with someone who's been before so I can learn the ropes on how to see as much or follow the best players etc, or I could end up just wandering :mmm:

Cross section of some of the tour players that havent qualified and those made it through first round of regional qualifying. Great thing is it gets very few spectators so you can walk much closer to the players and see a lot more. Usually a field of 72 i think all play 36 holes and top 3 make the Open

you could try the US Open Qualifying event at Walton Heath. Its normally on the May Bank Holiday after the BMW and there are no ropes so you can walk the fairways with the players.

i have been the past few years and seen Olazabal, Harrington, Hend and "Beef" to name a few.

its over 36 holes so there is plenty to see.

Got 2 tickets, as did my little brother. Thats our 4 ball sorted. Set my alarm even after only getting back in at 7am from a night shift, was a great day last year so wasn't missing out.

What's the date and when are tickets available and who's going?
UsuallyMay Bank Holiday, last one, Monday. No tickets just turn up. Free parking and golf. 36 holes and usually a play off. Enough food and drink places to keep you happy. Great day out.
