Breaking News : TM R11 Product recall ...

I hope they are finally getting their act together and will realise through the R9 that 87 different models isn't the way forward. Make something good, keep it simple and affordable and they will sell. Dying to try the new 2.0 Burner superfast woods as they look gorgeous

Porsche bring out a new light weight version of their 911 turbo (or whatever they call it today) every few months. My guess is that they cost about £90-120k and I don’t see much fuss within the motoring press about it, they have done it for years. They are of course slated for just updating the same car and not making a new one, but not about the fact that they do it ever few months. It’s called progress.

Once upon a time personal computer hardware technology was moving so fast that it was dangerous to actually buy one because by the time you plugged it in it was outdated. It’s just the same thing with Taylor Made, they have chosen to bring out updates and new equipment on a regular basis. I guess to keep them at the cutting edge and current as part of their marketing strategy. The only way to have an issue with it is if you buy into the hype of fashion. If your clubs are tools and you make some effort to make sure they are right for you when you buy them it does not matter for a few years that it does not have the highest number on it, it works for you.

Anyhow, I do know the OP was a bit of fun and not really about this but it was a good place for a little rant
:D

/backs out of the room :D

But in the end they will be the Debenham's of the club world. You never buy anything in Debenhams if it's not reduced in the sales. So you wait 3 weeks, the newest TM driver is released and every predecessor is 50% off

You know it's going to happen - you just wait till it does
