Take a bow son.

young grandson Bradley tash is named after him.

what a race by them four.

Hoy was clear in his praise that Wiggins is the best cyclist ever having achieved success over so many disciplines, though he did state Froomes 3 TdF titles was special. I don't know how Froome would fair on the track but Wiggins definitely the best Olympian. Much respect.

Hoy was spot on, and I'd second your comments about Sir Bradley if anyone hasn't seen him on the podium yesterday, just brilliant;

And if you haven't seen Mr Wiggy Smalls and Jack Whitehall, try this (the Wiggy Smalls comment will make sense after you've watched it);

Awesome just awesome

Spot on.

The interesting thing for me was how the dynamics changed through each round.
Bradley was dropping out with 2 or 3 laps to go but in the final he finished and Clancy dropped out.
The commentators actually didn't spot what was happening and it was obviously a ploy to conserve energy for the final.

And was it not fantastic to see Hoy,Redgrave and Wiggins there together.

The outstanding part was the 3rd rider getting back on after losing a couple of wheels at the start of the last lap. Some ride to make up that distance.

Not so sure about his antics on the podium during the national anthem but fantastic achievement on the track.

Totally agree, put him the Tower and remove his Knighthood, don't mention that Thompson bloke either, never forgiven him for whistling during it all those years ago.

How dare Wiggins have fun when he's just become one of our greatest ever Olympians.

Get a grip for godsake.

Yes really there's a time and a place for everything.

I think "Sir" Bradley is a pratt for not respecting the anthem.

So does that make you a prat for not respecting his title?

Our greatest ever cycling Olympian bowing out for the last ever time on a gold and a world record shares a momentary laugh with the 3 other guys he's shared blood sweat and tears with. Hardly showing disrespect to the anthem. His achievements have probably done more to promote cycling in this country than anything in recent years.

As someone said on Twitter, this is going to offend the best kind of people to offend. :D

I'm not 'Offended' by his antics but a little disappointed. If he accepts the accolade of being a 'Knight of the Realm' then that comes with a certain responsibility and he should act accordingly. In my opinion of course.

Did anyone hear his interview immediately after winning the other night when he was slagging off Philip Hindes? I almost wet myself. The guy is class.

He's won how many medals? He could have taken a dump on the podium for all I cared. (ok maybe that would have been a bit much)
