Can't post the link but just read 2 reports on the liquidation of Rugby Super League side Bradford Bulls.

I've been to the stadium a few times and watched them, as I have RL since attending my first Silk Cut Challenge final at Wembley between Widnes & Wigan over 25 years ago.

It's disgusting how its been handled. They have sold a load of season tickets prior to liquidating the company, that's blatant theft and the people in charge will get off with a wedge of cash.

That's a poor accusation, whilst in admin there is always the opportunity of working your way out of admin or as they were, finding a new buyer, as such you carry on bringing in revenue where you can to reduce your debts and creditors, but sometimes time isn't on your side though and liquidation is forced upon you and you have to make that decision.

Whilst in admin no revenue, dividends or cash as you put it would find its way to the owners/directors as it's effectively being run by the bank/s and its illegal to have preferential creditors.

I've owned and ran large limited companies and unfortunately in 1 case have been through a liquidation process and to think owners/directors walk away with any cash is naive as everything is frozen and if you have any personal guarantees in place your totally shafted!!

Been watching them since the start of super league. Been to Odsal more times than I can remember and still have two shirts from various seasons in the draw.

As a family we were split 50/50 FC and Bulls, when Bulls stopped being fun to watch FC were reaching their peak so we started going to the KC instead. It was closer and gave a good day out.

Bulls had something, around 2008 or so they started to lose it. It was magic but when it faded so the decline began.

It's very sad and I hope they rise again.

I've finally found my team though, go Wolfpack!

Irrespective of the situation it's going to impact so many people who will lose their jobs. Strange that they can be liquidated and yet still be functioning enough to be a championship side. Who owns the ground etc and won't the liquidators want whatever they can from this (honest question as I don't know how this works)

Feel sorry for the players and fans, but apparently they are going to quickly reform under a different name and management which is what was needed in the end. They have a great following and hopefully make it a success.
