I everyone,still learning and new to this.
After reading comments from my first enquiry could i now ask the forum if booking online for a tee is safe or would you book by telephoning to club.
there are many websites offering tee offs cheaper than the club itself. Any recommends of known reliable sites please.

As safe as ording Pizza from Dominos.
I've booked a few tee times up at various courses and never had a problem yet.
Can be the source of some cracking deals if you select the right courses.
Goat tracks tend to be cheap however you approach them

I have used various websites to book tee times, so far no probs. The only issue is that you have to pay up front , so you are taking a gamble on the weather being good. I think you only get a refund if the course is closed.

One I have used is TeeTimes.co.uk , there are loads of them out there though.
