Bogey/Par Comp Handicap Adjustments

Played in a Bogey/Par Comp today, finished 1up, been cut 0.2, however, Course Par is 70 and CSS today was 70, but I shot a gross 77 playing off 9, question is, should I have been cut 0.4.

1 up = 37 points
2 up = 38 points
3 up = 39 points

ridic format, congrats on beating the course by 2 shots on a hole, usually we call that a net eagle, in this format we call it a net birdie

Cheers Phil, was confused as my scores when converted to stableford points was 38.

There’s no handicap reward for a net eagle in this format.
Not popular.

It's one form of golf, often only played once a year. It's different to the norm, I like it.

Just play the format and don't worry about the rest. Generally the people that complain the most don't understand the scoring fully.

well done for beating the course, my least fav format, we have one every wednesday during the season..... lucky if they get double fig playing so i'm not alone
