BMW at Wentworth

I know some of you are thinking of going at some point. If anyone wants a game at my place about 15 minutes away on a good day maybe 30 with the traffic, then let me know. I guess if we go off about 4.00 then you get to watch most of the golf action and still finish in time to get back home reasonably early. If we can get a four up on a particular day then I can sign you all in. If we get more it might be worth asking Hawkeye if he fancies it too (providing work doesn't get in the way and he actually fancies it).

Let me know a bit in advance so I know which the best day would be to take a half day and mooch up there for.

That's a great offer HJS. I used to go to Wentworth on the Wed practice day (still do) and then leave about 3pm and play Leatherhead. Sadly as I am now entering the era of Pings, i couldn't manage the walk after a couple of laps of Wentworth.

I was just thinking the same thing, after an early start to get there, and spending the best part of the day walking the course, the last thing Ill be wanting to do, no, change that, the last thing I'll be able to do, is to play golf.

But a nice thought Homer, maybe another time.
