Blaming your tools

Now ive never been one for blaming my clubs. I got a driver made up few months back. Prolaunch blue off my old titleist into my 909d2 head and.got it.shortened to 44". Im hitting the club well however its at least 20 yard push.irons and 3wood are fine. Losing no distance whatsoever. Had the same shot with it for 2 months. Took out my old driver tonight and i hit it well all night. Strange.i think ivil have to hit ebay haha

Do you think, as you have shortened the shaft a little. You my be hitting the ball a tad back from where you would normally tee up the ball. So hitting a bit in to out. Just a thought thats all.
