I couldn't fine a Football League thread so have started this one.

Today in the High Court The Oystons were ordered to pay £31 million to minority shareholder Valeri Belekon as he won his case for unfair prejudice.

I don't know what will happen going forward but it does hopefully signal the end of the Oyston's involved with Blackpool FC

As I understand it the Oystons now have to buy out the minority shareholder. I'm assuming that this would not be a good thing as far as the Blackpool fans are concerned were it to happen. Is it possible that the minority shareholder is in a position to make an offer for the whole club?

The minority shareholder is currently banned under the fit and proper persons test due to a dubious judgement of a court in Kyrgyzstan, a court that is not recognised by the European court system. He could now appeal this.
Maybe the Os will have to sell the club as part of their need to raise the £31mill.
No one knows exactly what will happen now but the vast majority of pool fans are jubilant tonight

Genuine, after the week they’ve had the name of the referee for tomorrow’s home game v Pompey is.............Ben Toner.

Think about it

That was so funny, sadly he has been replaced. But the good news today is that the club is up for sale, just hope they aren't asking too much and we get someone decent interested in buying.

Why have they replaced him?
