First Rich you are a very lucky man  Can only imagine how pretty it would be with the heather in bloom.

Played a society yesterday afternoon, to start there was a monster full english to beginning the afternoon with. Was just a little full after that.

Had 33 points with a couple of blobs. Do many balls get lost on the 4th on the right? Mine did started down the right and faded a little, didn't even think about a provisonal

A couple of brutish par 3's which where a little tough.

Bar staff where also very efficient :p

Playing there next week- really looking forward to it

Ive had the privilege of playing it twice and I love it.
Suits a fader of the golf ball.
Beautifully presented, and the greens are very good.
Phil if its your first time?enjoy

Sounds perfect

I lived in Bordon for 6 years - never played it

Played it twice now and loved it. Even better, I played it with Richart, Snelly and Drive4show, a day out to savour!

Pleased to hear you enjoyed the course Simon. Did you see Sam in the bar? She is very nice.:p

Strange you should have problems on the 4th as usually players find more room to the right than they think. Tendency is to aim at the green which is too far left. Mind you it is really only a three wood off the tee, as the hole narrows at about 250 yards.

Did you stop at the halfway hut ? Club has taken over the food in there and it is the same quality as in the clubhouse. My back nines have really suffered since I have been indulging in a huge sausage bap.:(

Me and my partner gave 2 duffers a right tonking that day.......didn't we Chris :D

I love Blackmoor. I have to go past there every time I go to the in-laws and without fail I time the journey from my house in the hope that it has somehow become close enough for me to consider joining. Sadly, the journey never gets any quicker

Is Sam a lovely young brunette Richard?

I think I was in one of the ditches down the right, but they were a little murky so no proof I was in one of them.

Halfway hut was shut I'm afraid, but managed 20 points on the back nine. Hit hybrid on alot of the par 4's, was talked into hitting driver on the last for longest drive. Was only 50 yards past the previous one but played for a fade and hit it dead staright :o

Now if ever I felt the need to abandon my own place then Blackmoor would most certainly be close to, if not at the, top of my list of places I would be looking to join - really nice nice track and only 15mins drive from home for me.
