Unfortunately nothing golf related apart from this months copy of Golf World. My better half knows I don't usually read it as I am loyal to GM. However, it doesn't look as bad as I thought. Still suffering with my back and Sciatica. Had a consultation with a private chiropractor on Monday who gave me the green light to start playing again. Typical isn't it, the weather has been great and I can't play and now the rain has come I am allowed to play again. Thanks for all your birthday wishes and support through my injury. Definitely going to arrange a forum get together soon so I can thank as many of you as possible in person. Take care all and keep enjoying your golf.

I am a GM subsriber but I have to give this month's award to Golf World - the Boo Weekley interview had me riveted, best golf article I've read in a long time, what a star that guy is. A boxing match with an orang-utan etc

I have to agree Birdieman, the Boo interview was a great piece of journalism. The article had me in stitches. Weekley also realises that without the fans he wouldn't be where he is now or earning so much money. Good to see that he appreciates the public and always spends time with them signing autographs etc. The comment about him not realising he could give his opponent a tap-in putt in matchplay was also very funny. I like my sports stars to have a bit of character and Boo seems the sort of guy you wouldn't mind spending an evening over a few beers with.
