my missus has just bought me a new set of irons benross vx6's they feel different to my cheapy set. im finding it hard to play with them has anyone used these before and how did you find them. i seem to be shanking alot.

They will take some time to adjust. Just make sure you're not trying to smash it further and stick to the basics.

Haven't tried them, but I'm a big fan of Benross clubs. As someone else said, just persevere and don't try to knock the skin off the ball.

Quite unusual as most people get "new club syndrome" where they start playing awesome golf because of their new purchase.

Just stick with them and how about going for a wee lesson to smooth things over?
