Birdie Count 2013

I know there is a thread about the over all birdies of the year, but did anyone keep a count individually? This is more for the high handicappers than the single figured ones out there!

I counted 16 last year, with a personal best of 3 in one round!!

Anyone else out there had a particularly fruitful birdie count?

Think I had 8 birdies and 2 eagles in compeitions. I deal mainly in pars to make my score up

Based on HDID stats, and what was a pretty poor year for me in golfing terms, I recorded 24 birdies and 1 eagle in competition play.

I started off marking them on my GM calendar. I made it till the summer but lost interest when I was playing more than twice a week.

I marked them even if it was just me out practising. It highlights what holes I was good at. It built up a bit of confidence on these holes. No doubt about that!

No idea how many. Easily into double figures

I had 19 birdies & 1 eagle in 10 qualifying rounds last year per HDID

17 Birdies for me and zero eagles (only one par 5 and its a blind shot to the green from anywhere over 185 yards out)

A massive score of 2 for me! First was a brilliant 3 on a a par 4 and second was a thinned chip on a par 3 :whoo:I did only take up the game in August though.

Nearly forgot to add...... no eagles, no albatross and no holes in 1

I had the mighty total of......1.....birdie all season. 20 foot putt on a par 3 (easiest hole on our course).

I had around 15-20 birdies with 2 back to back on the PGA and missed a 2FT putt for eagle on our 500 yard par 5 :angry:

I've had 2 birdies in as many rounds in 2014 :clap:

94 in 55 rounds. With 53 rounds played it was 93, and I was hoping for a strong finish to hit the ton... "a disarssster darling!"

45 Birdies and an Eagle in 22 competitions.

Lots of bogies thrown in to cancel them out mind you.
