I was sat next to him during the meal and saw him taking notes throughout so assumed that the event was going to feature in his column at some stage. Hopefully my copy will be on the doorstep when I get home.

Sorry for the thread hijack but I just started subscribing to the magazine digitally for my iPad, can anyone tell me how long after it's out in print it takes to be available for iPad?

enhanced iPad edition is available for download on the day the mag goes on general sale - so for the new issue will be this Thurs
we'd love to be able to release early to subscribers (as opposed to single issues sales) like we do with print copy but Apple Newsstand doesn't have that functionality
