Just what are the advantages of making the hole bigger? Would it make a difference?

I'm not happy with the options. I'd like to try large holes on the even numbered holes and regular sized holes on the odd numbered holes... not sure if that's the right way round What happens if its a 9 hole comp?

As far as discussing it goes I didn't vote as if I'm not interested in a topic then I just ignore it, by which I can only assume that those who continuously bang on at Delc for raising it all the time must really enjoy discussing it.

I think it was 90% to maintain current size.

Exactly this - no matter the result and the fact the overwhelming majority don't want the hole changed - the question will still be raised by the same person

I would imagine they could, however you might note its a 'Moderator' that has started this thread to continue the berating of delc

seems a topic that has most maybes in the negative over the question, the viewpoint

seems a topic that keeps being raised over time

why don't folks who don't like the suggested proposal just not contribute whenever it is raised
then the ferris wheel won't keep turning

He did say you could have multiple choices, so it's bound to add up to more than 72

Far more worrying than that is the fact that if Del C has voted in the poll then there are currently 5 other people that agree with him on making the hole bigger. And if he hasn't yet voted then there are 6 others out there. We need to find and unmask them. These people are guilty of heresy and should be burnt at the stake like the witches they are.

It would be better if del wouldn't spoil threads with his inane dribble every time someone mentions putting. In fact, give him long enough and he could turn a thread on any subject into a campaign for a bigger hole. The forum is fed up with it.
