First time post, just to say a big thanks to John F and all who attended at The Glen. It was good day out, even with the weather trying to spoil it.

I've just finished drying off my Taylorspade driver (sorry, madandra keeps going on about Spear and Jackson tools, I can't get them out of my head!) and stowing the clubs away, and I remembered that 'back in the day' there was a lot of guys with rust speckled shafts. haven't seen so much of it these days, has improved quality made this a thing of the past?

I'm absolutely convinced Madandra is a rain god now. I've never seen him out of waterproofs.

Aye, cheers John for doing all the organisation for a good day out. Shame the weather wasn't as good as we hoped but there's always next time.

As for PhsycoJoe - how can I tell my wife I played a round of golf with a gentleman from the west who goes under the name of PhyscoJoe ? Cheers Joe, enjoyed your comapany again today. Maybe next time I'll play a decent round of golf!
