Just like to say a big thanks to GM for the opportunity to attend today's open!

The hospitality was superb and the golf even better! It really was a day to remember and was also nice to meet some of the members of here!

I have also managed to catch a bit of sunburn and even got chance to meet Andy Johnston after he finished his round lol

Have to echo the thoughts of all concerned today. Top class venue, good, drink, and company courtesy of MikeH at GM. Great to meet so many top guys from GM & Forum during the day.

Echo all the sentiments previously posted, a truly fabulous day, Possibly the best weather Scotland has seen for 40 years , some outstanding golf, excellent surroundings and the golf course in tip top shape.

And another to echo thoughts of others! No upgrade to a berth on the sleeper back so a very uncomfortable night. My bed was most welcome at 6 this morning and only just resurfaced!

Brilliant day at the Open so huge thanks to Mike and the GM boys for the opportunity and their company. I was another who was led astray in the afternoon!! Enjoyed meeting all the other guys from the Forum too.

Phew what a day, massive thanks to Mike and his team for the chance to sample the golf and the ale :cheers: it truly was a day to remember.
I bumped into a crowd from my home club on the way out and lost everyone, managed to get the train back to Irvine in one piece though.
