I have got my shaft changed in my MINI DRIVER at last. I ended up choosing the Bi-Matrix by GRAFFALOY and I am really glad I did. The steel tip section really feels good, it gives that feeling of a sweetly struck long iron and it sure gives it a thump.
For the stat men out there this is the before and after. I had 10 hits before and after the re-shaft, I took out the best 2 and the worst 2 as I wanted to get an accurate average.

So it is a success, my spin is down by 900RPM, the launch angle is down 3.5* which has also took down the height by 6 yards. The smash factor is the one that I liked, up by 0.13 to 1.47 which coupled with the lower flight has given me an extra 17 yards. It is also more accurate by 9 yards, before the change every shot started left of target then the draw spin was taking it well away. Now it is starting pretty much straight and drawing to left.
So all in all I am really happy and can't wait to get it on the course in the next couple of days.
