Yes I know you have heard enough about the fantastic day we had at the KOD but I had my fitting at Clitheroe GC on Monday and then ordered the BB.I have been away all week with work and on coming back a lovely rectangular box was waiting for me !!

Its in the bag for the medal tomorrow so just another thanks to Steve and Sam for winning it for us and I will try and do it proud, and who can forget the staff at Callaway and GM thanks.

Hit em straight ........... ish.

It will be going on my signature when I can remember how to change it!

Did you get fitted for the stock shaft? Or did you get a upgraded one?? Still haven't sent off for mine, still thinking of going for a fitting.

Went for the stock shaft thought I would try that first then see what a shaft can do later if required, not sure off 17 that it would make that much difference at present either working on getting a more consistent swing first.

After two rounds a couple of the lower guys I play with are looking at them especially when I explained as best I could about the Alpha. Also my drives with exception of the odd pulled one (very odd) they are going slightly longer but finding the fairway more which is what I wanted, but the feel off the club head is brilliant. It has certainly put Callaway on my radar for the new set of irons at some stage.

I also have played with the SR2 and was impressed with them as well certainly worth a look at as well.
