Seen that site advetised in Bunkerd yet for some reason I have to question the authenticity of the advertising ..

It's a lowest unique bid site. So if you bid 12p and yours is the lowest bid that nobody else has bid, you win and pay that amount. You have to pay for your bids and its a bit pot luck if you ask me.
