As a current Network Manager I'm often asked to help out at the club with their IT issues, one thing they are looking to do next year is save money on printing out club diaries / fixture lists and have asked me the best way to do this electronically!

Not really my area of expertise - but would a simple Google Calendar suffice?

It needs to be something that displays equally as good on Mobiles, PC's and tablets.

Ours is in with the intelligent golf thing we have. However, not everyone wants to or does use the online diary, and so printed editions are a must. You just limit the numbers to one per person at issue time.:)

We have a very good website. Diary is kept up to date and I believe they printed fewer paper diaries and were only giving them to people who asked for one.

Personally feel the paper diary is not required and it may be they stop them all together or ask people to buy them separately.

Website is done by Golf Working - who I assume provide the diary functionality.

I'm sure a Google calendar of Google Doc would suffice from a functionality point of view. But possibly more professional ways of doing it unless budget is literally zero.
