Had a good blast through the iPod yesterday while driving around the country, went from funk to metal to prog.
Best outros on my pod which I wish were on endless loop are...

Pantera - Floods - has to be all time number 1 for me.

Sheryl Crowe - If It Makes You Happy
Meredith Brooks - Bitch - just for the awesome wah pedal work :thup:

All have absolutely nailed perfect melodies and great feel.
 
Robin Trower's Bridge of Sighs album because the sound of the wind at the end of the title track flows continuously through the pause between tracks and continues as the intro to the next track - In This Place.
 
A Day in the Life - must have best final chord - ever.

(please don't ask me - "who's that by then?" - as I will feel dreadfully old if you do)
 
There was a song around 1980 that never actually ended - the single had been made to continually play the final line. Think it was something like "I am the beat"

Edit: Brother in Arms - Dire Straits is also an incredible song from start to finish which just gets better as it goes on until the last note.
