best driver around or soon to be around?

what would you guys say was the best driver around at the minute or soon to be available?

Ping G10 with 10.5 degrees of loft and a Prolaunch Red shaft to help keep it down into the wind.
If you could find one of these for sale second hand, ideally with a matching three wood gee!! I reckon you'd be the luckiest man around.
Especially if both were available at the new, reduced price of £100.00 plus delivery.
;)

I thought I liked my TM tour burner, until I tried Jammydodgers i15 yesterday. Now I want one, I was out-hitting mine by 20-40 yards every time.
Obviously this doesn't mean the i15 is the best driver but that the shaft and head are more suited to my swing.

id say it has to be the epon 101. tried a lot of drivers over the last few years and nothing compares to it.

would like to have a go with the miura driver and the new epon 102 but don't have the finance at the moment.

the 101 is the first driver ive ever hit that feels soft when you hit it. a real hard sensation to describe.

why does no one seem to hit taylor made

Because their answer to getting more distance is increasing the shaft length more and more every year which makes them next to useless in my hands. Yes they go long when I connect but the lack of control means I spray them over the shop.

I would go for Callaway drivers every time at the moment. Sensible shaft length, good distance, good sound and they hold their value better than most. Take for example the Nike Machspeed, new at the beginning of the season now down to £129 in places. FT-9, getting on a bit now but still £189.00

I haven't a bloody clue what you're on about Bob......

By the way. Postage should be no more than about eight or nine quid with the company I use
;)
Hey anyone looking for some of these are in luck, some knob has two in the for sale section. You can also find a cracking Yes putter there that has been reduced to only £40.00 ;)

How come this thread turned into a sales pitch for Smiffy's old Driver/3-wood and Drawboy's Yes putter? Can't we try and keep threads on topic please!

Anyway.....
