Bespoke storage solutions.

We are moving into a new build property very soon and storage space is not the best really. Along with this the third bedroom is tiny.
I saw a video on twitter today that seemed to do these amazing things with a small space, bespoke cupboards, desktops, shelves and wardrobe etc.
Has anybody done this, is it any good and is it very expensive?
