Got myself roped into the winter open here on Saturday. Any experience / tips?

Yes, played it quite a few times. Its not long and generally very little danger off the tee. The par 5 5th has OB to the right and a ditch all down the left. Greens are slopy but never too fast. All in all a really enjoyable course to play.
