A lot of courses in the area are struggling with the frost and ice this week. Temp greens, solid fairways and tees. Will be worth phoning up before hand.
The course I played yesterday (or attempted to play, only managed a few holes) were offering vouchers for a free return at a later date, which I thought was a great idea. Not too sure if the Belfry offers anything similar...

I wouldn't want to travel too far in this current weather & climate to be disappointed.
and of course they'll say, "its not brilliant, were on temps but its still worth the money were going to take off you"!
