Been Busy shopping today

Well went to the shop where i get my clubs from to trade in my vokey wedges which arent even a year old and to order the new 2009 model of vokey spin milled 48/54 and 60 degree wedges ordered.

Also i got a parcel from Par golf today aswell which my new clothes i ordered.

Also popped into american golf and bought some more clothes in the sale there. Just need to buy 2 new pairs or footjoys and thats that department sorted

Also listed my Titleist 907 D2 driver on ebay along with the 585h hybrid club

am a happy chappy today

Are you losing the Titleist D2because you want a shiny new one or have you had problems with it?

The new 909 range look soooo nice, but over £200 so probably out of my range!

am getting rid cause i dont like hitting it. i am hitting my D1 gr8 at moment and like it better. only been used for 2 rounds aswell.

My 48 degree wedge is on back order until march which isnt 2 bad as at least its before season starts

I got a couple of Satin Chrome Spin Milled in September cos I couldnt wait, but now those Black Nickel boys are available, I think I'll be tempted to change !!

i traded mine in and got £30 each for my old ones so only have to pay £49 each for new ones but fingers crossed the money from selling driver and hybrid will cover the costs

I have to say I went mad on golf shirts before christmas as online golf were doing buy one get one free on adidas shirts for next summer. I also got a few club jumpers from my pro and last week went to Silvermere where they were doing Cutter & Buck round neck jumpers buy 1 get one free. Got 2 100% wool jumpers for £55

I have 6 pairs of shoes and Stromberg trousers in black/white, black/red, dark blue/light blue, plain black and plain grey so my ensemble range for next year is pretty sorted.

see am kinda a bit of a style whore and have to have things to match. named brands. at the moment its nike or woodworm t-shirts and stormberg trousers and only footjoy shoes

one thing i dont do is wear jumpers i just dont like them at all. All i do is where a long sleeve t-shirt under a short sleeve one, do that alot.

Just got to get another pair of trousers / couple of nike hats and thats me sorted for this season.

Long sleeved shirt under a short one?? Are you a fan of the old FAME series? Does this mean that you will be wearing golf shorts over your trousers?

I opt for the long sleeve under short sleeve too.

Can't recall wearing shorts over trousers though... thats all a bit too superman for me!
