Huge thanks to Paul for the invite and banter with Jon and Chris.
Bearwood as long and tiring as ever if you're not hitting it well - and by 'eck I wasn't!
Driving was ok - 410 worked ok, short game (bunkers excepted) was actually pretty decent.
Everything else was, to not put too fine a point on it, was
The youngsters took the elderly 4&3, I believe, after being 2 down after 5
I wasn't much use to Chris but that's me and Matchplay.
No mention will be made of who putted off the 14th green and into a lake or who lost most balls
A grand day out
