After all the recent talk about the BBC and how it uses its resources. 58000 speakers of Gaelic = 1.1% of population in Scotland. Alba must represent a spectacular waste of the licence fee payers money.

They showed an hour of Dundee absolutely hammering Kilmarnock last Saturday night - if they do that occasionally I'm happy to pay my bit to educate the Gaels
 
People moan about multiculturalism diluting the UK's cultures, and then moan about having BBC alba?! *Shuffles off shaking his head*

The music is generally very good with the added bonus of the fitba and rugby [on mute]
