Im playing a mate here tomorrow for money (not something I normally do other than a few quid chuck in) after a drunken bet this time last year.

Course looks nice on the website and we're on the way to Wales for the weekend so thought we'd play here.

Am looking forward to it for the golf anyway but any advice on the course for a bit of an advantage gratefully received:)

Sham Castle?

Sham Castle?

I grew up in Bath and always new it as Sham Castle, but yes, officially, it's name is Bath Golf Club.

I've played it a couple of times, but not recently. I recall it to be a decent course and has some great views over a beautiful city. If it's a windy day, you'll know about it!

The father of one of my friend's and a Bath Golf Club member once sliced his tee shot off the first and it rolled into the 18th hole - round in one!
