Help a fellow forumer out

I'm in the market for a long sleeve Baselayer.

Brand is unimportant, but I'm after one offering maximum heat, breathability and movement.

Any links to your recommendations would also be appreciated

Thanks in anticipation (read as desperation).

I have a under armour base layer and it is gorgeous. Not the compression type, not a lover of them as they enhance my natural fat layers. Plus I found them a bit of a restriction.

Theres nothing like that sausage skin feeling and look first thing on a Saturday morning;)
They are a wonderful piece of kit though, but what really puzzles me is that both my white ones are warmer than the blue......and they are all supposed to be the same.

I got two in sports direct back in October. Good fit l, various colours and they have a band on the bottom to stop them rolling up. If I remember rightly I got the two for about a tenner.

The kukri ones are excellent, I picked a couple up in the store in Belfast, great job if you can get them mate, I have UA also, but the kukri were cheaper and as good.

Got to go with under armour for base layers.

Extremelet comfy and movable. Not sure why but the material just seems to be much better than all the others

These are fine for me - or the Woodworm ones on deal thru Fore24 (2 for 9.9 from memory).

Choose 1 size larger than your normal fit as they are 'compression', so tough to put on/take off. Movement is fine once on though.

I also bought some Capri I think they were called thermal leggings & vests from SD at Christmas in the sales that were dirt cheap, keep me really toasty during the day when out on sites.

I've got one of the Under Armour coldwear ones. It's not a full on compression top but is still tight, really warm, and 9you hardly notice you're wearing it.

Adidas is good, Canterbury do some good ones. GG is good but expensive when there is just as good items out there

But overall I think the best is UA
