Just had my 6 irons and 3 wedges regripped for £57 with fitting :clap:
Having had my irons for 13 months the original TM (not very good) grips needed changing. My Vokey is only 6 months old but had that done to keep the same feel across the board. My driver already has a white and black GP MC grip which I like so the grip choice was easy. At £5.37 each I think I've got a great price for them and £1 each club fitting at DG. Just finished cleaning them as they had glue or what ever it is they use all over them and the new grips feel great. Standard tape like the driver but feel slightly bigger than the thin ones TM supplied which I like.
Also hit the R1, Nike Covert tour driver and a Nike pro combo 6 iron while I was there. Didn't like the R1 at all but hit some nice shots with the Nike Covert tour, as for my dream irons the pro combo or pro blades well I hit some nice shots with the 6 iron but the ones off the sweet spot lost distance and maybe not forgiving enough at the moment. Hit it better than I thought though so maybe in a years time I may get my wish.
